T’ai Chi Chuan

For Health & Stress

Balance & Back Pain;

Cane Defense for Dummies

Dr. Chan currently teaches in the Georgia area. Starting in the mid 1960′s, he has trained under several famous T’ai Chi teachers including Prof. Cheng Manch’ing, Willam C.C. Chen, Robert W. Smith, Ronald Shively, Anthony Sandoval, Jay Van Scheldt, and Dr. Paul Lam. Using a unique concept of energy rails, Dr. Chan teaches most students to perceive and enjoy the flow of chi energy in the first two or three classes.

“After taking Dr. Chan’s T’ai Chi class and practicing what I learned, my stress and low back pain have been reduced, I am sleeping better, and my balance has improved.” -Maureen Rosenbaum, Minister of Music

“T’ai Chi’s slow graceful movements seem to make time and its constrains melt away. T’ai Chi makes me more aware of my posture and habits of movements, and it has eliminated my foot pain. Dr. Chan is a patient, gentle, and thorough instructor.” -Martha N. Dodson, LCSW
